If you are sending us your own hair this is what we need:

• Hair must be on the weft

• Most purchased hair comes 4oz in a package.  We use 4oz of hair in most UPA Clips but here is where you can decide exactly how you want your ponytail to look.  Gather the wefted hair in your hands like a ponytail and decide when you have the look that you want.

• If you are having hair sent to us from an online vendor, one package is fine for 10" - 16" length.  Once you order 18" and above we will need (2) two packages of hair.  This is because as stated above, hair is sold in 4oz packages and there will not be enough hair in one package. 

If you are sending us a special barrette that you would like for us to use

• Please note that most barrettes will not fit our barrette sizes so the barrette that you send us may not be interchangeable with our barrette selections.

• There is no guarantee that your barrette will even work with our patented application method.  However once we receive your barrette we will let you know if we will be able to use it.
